Classes of Shares
Various classes of shares are permitted:
- registered and bearer shares,
- shares of no par value,
- preference shares,
- redeemable shares,
- shares with or without Voting Rights.
Ownership of shares in an International Business Company may be settled into a Trust.
The Share Certificate for a nominee shareholder is an alternative to bearer shares.
