Naming the IBC

Company names must be pre-approved for availability and acceptability (there are some words that are restricted or excluded). Starting the formation process, first of all please find a company name which is available and suitable to you. If the name you have chosen is not available, agent will find the nearest possible alternative based on your preferences, and will reserve this name.

One of the following suffixes from the list can be added to the company name to show that this is a limited liability company.

Names in Chinese characters are also available for incorporation.

For making a unique name, it may be needed to add or remove words, because there are already more than 600,000 names on the Register. The agent should register an alternative name after getting confirmation from customer.
