1. Copy of passports and full addresses of all Members (shareholders and directors).
2. Several alternative names for the company, for the name search and approval.
3. For providing Nominee Services, most registered agents need copy of passport and address of the beneficial owner of the company, to enable us to issue the necessary Power of Attorney on his/her behalf.
