The IBC Formation Process

Actual incorporation process starts after receiving the payment, reserving the name, and receiving customer’s approval of the name. Once agent has both customer’s order form and full payment, he can immediately form the IBCompany.  All the incorporation stages normally can take 8 to 10 working days, including time for processing the order. After the procedure is completed, all the company documentation can be sent to customer.

After customer has become the beneficial owner of a new offshore company, he/she can start using it, to eliminate 'onshore' taxation, protect 'onshore' assets, reduce or eliminate government bureaucracy.
