Incorporation Requirements
In order to incorporate an IBC in BVI, following three requirements must be fulfilled:
- There should be at least one person who may act as company director and shareholder.
- There should be at least one local (registered) agent, for representing your business.
- There should be registered address in BVI.
Registered address and local agent may be provided to you. The only documents that should be submitted to the Companies Registry are Company's Certificate of Incorporation, Articles and Memorandum of association. These documents should not contain names of directors or shareholders or other personal information. There are no compliance requirements once the company is incorporated, i.e. you do not need to report to Companies Registry about any changes in your company details.
