Part I (Section 4(2))

Fees For The Grant Of A Licence

(1) If a licence is granted on or before the 30th day of June in any year:

(a)  a general banking licence                $10,000

(b)  a restricted Class I banking licence $ 8,000

(c)  a restricted Class II banking licence $ 6,000

(d)  a general trust licence                      $ 4,000

(e)  a restricted trust licence                    $100

(2)  If a licence is granted on or after the 1st day of July in any year:

(a)  a general banking licence                $ 5,000

(b)  a restricted Class I banking licence $ 4,000

(c)  a restricted Class II banking licence $ 3,000

(d)  a general trust licence                       $ 2,000

(e)  a restricted trust licence                    $ 50
